The neighbors do not come over to borrow sugar, but they are always there to lend a helping hand whenever it is needed. However, there are always the few bitter inhabitants who would like nothing more than to move away into the isolated country or into a much larger city. The Grand Prairie population exhibits the "melting pot;" the White, Hispanic, African American, Vietnamese, Filipino, and Asian races bring forth multiculturalism. When one lives in a motel, extended family is always welcome because the family always has room to be hospitable-literally. The Relax Inn doors are practically open to anybody except those who might cause a ruckus. If the unwanted chaos occurs, then the police appear and they know the manager by first name.
