The individual differences could be separated into four styles, an activist, a reflector, a theorist or a pragmatist. Each learning style has its own strengths and weaknesses. For example an activists strengths would be a theorists weaknesses, and a theorists strengths would be an activists weaknesses. The diagram opposite represents the four learning styles, and so a reflectors strengths would be a pragmatists weaknesses and vice versa. A method of determining your learning style is by completing 'The learning styles questionnaire'. This probes peoples learning style preferences by asking 80 questions; 20 for each of the four styles. There are no right or wrong answers so people are encouraged to tick or cross each question honestly.
