The diagram opposite represents the four learning styles, and so a reflectors strengths would be a pragmatists weaknesses and vice versa. A method of determining your learning style is by completing 'The learning styles questionnaire'. This probes peoples learning style preferences by asking 80 questions; 20 for each of the four styles.
