When a coach does this, it is essential the skill is performed correctly, or else the players may not understand the appropriate technique which is required. If a coach was to perform an example poorly, they should either perform the example again, or get one of the more confident performers in the session to perform an example in front of the group. It is essential that a coach never finishes with a bad example, or else the performers maybe unsure what is required to complete the skill.
