Goods and capital markets have been deregulate, reduced government intervention and promoting competition. The UK offers the most internationally used language- English. Therefore having a plant in the UK, trade with the America's as well as Europe will be much easier for Samsung. The location of the UK is prime for trading with Europe as well. The proximity to a huge market for Samsungs goods is very close. Transport costs are saved.
