... To select a product, a vast range of product ideas had to be thought of by everyone in the company. The brainstorming technique was represented by a spider diagram/ bubble chart (see page 2). Most ideas were noted, yet the ones, which all members of the company agreed on were listed in a table and their advantages and disadvantages discussed and written down (see page 3). The process of creating a spider diagram was useful as it enabled the company to brainstorm product ideas for business with all members of the company involved. Vast ranges of ideas were thought of, due to there being five different people in the company, all with different skills. It would eventually make selecting a sensible idea to sell at the Trade Fair easier.
