On a contrary, the theory of human motivation suggests that the success in organizations is highly correlated with the performance of its employees. Performance is the function of employees' abilities which depends on education, experience and training and its improvement is a slow and long process, and motivation. Employees are either motivated by themselves or external stimulus that drives them to take certain action.
