When we talk about leaders of countries or churches we sometimes forget about teachers or leaders of smaller groups. Small groups are defined as having at least three and no more than fifteen members. At least three members are necessary to keep the group from being two of the same, and a maximum of fifteen members is important to avoid inhibition of the group member. Since the course we have just completed was all about group work within small groups. I think it is appropriate that we look at leadership from this angle.
