His ideas could be useful in a world, where a "clean" freemarket is dominant and profit maximilization is the only absolute rule, where the intervention of the government is minimal and where people can trust in the high business moral, where corruption is low, and so on... but there is not any of this kind of world and if there might be any, it is not imposibble, that there are "fallible" people (leaders), who make wrong decisions.
