Barker in Contemporary Cultures of Display comments on how works are classified into groups: "Within an art museum, the classifications employed are derived from the discipline of art history; the works of art will therefore typically be arranged by period, school, style, movement or artist (or a combination of these.)" (Barker 1999, p.13.) The room contains photographs, installations and sculptures, which are intermingled into themes that the artist is trying to display.
