I also study Biology at A-level, Biology being of a scientific nature, has taught me the importance and elegance of design in any piece of machinery be it biological or mechanical. Although the relevance of Biology to engineering is not entirely obvious upon first inspection, it has great input for the above reasons, and has allowed me great scope for intellectual maturity. During the 2005 summer holidays, I embarked on a holiday to Kenya. There I enthusiastically fulfilled a week of work experience in Eldoret Hospital.
