... the workplace when they become a problem but would an employer really have time to sit down with a child and teach them how to read? These things take time and patience, two virtues that many employers don't have. A simple mistake could lead to important documents and files being wrong and needing hours of work to be put right. But we shouldn't punish the child should we? After all it's not their fault that they weren't given a proper education is it?
