... main worry was how to get an A which is the requirement for med-school entrance. I felt that I could never achieve that grade at all. The first step was to get to a National High school (Ivy League school). To be admitted to such a school one has to get above 550 marks out of 700 in K.C.P.E. examination. I did not believe that I was capable of achieving such a high mark. The thought of my being unable to accomplish my goal preoccupied my mind day and night.
