He/she should constantly provide the students with feedback on performance in order to motivate them. Student motivation can be divided into two factors: 1. Factors likely to be found outside the classroom. 2. Factors likely to be found inside the classroom. Factors that are likely to be found outside the classroom consist of two types of motivation: 1.
