We appreciate the fact that they keep our country safe from the "bad-guys" to some degree, but why not directly on the battlefield itself? Is it because we fear what horrors may become of them on the battlefield? The real question is whether or not women should be allowed in combat. In this paper, I will analyze this debate, examining why women serving in combat role is ineffective. Only two countries besides the United States have used women in modern warfare.
