Its origins can be found in Russia toward the end of the 19th Century following the assassination of Tsar Alexander II by a young Polish student. "Under every kind of outrage they died, mostly at the door of their homes. They were babes, butchered at the breasts of their mothers. They were old men beaten down in the presence of their sons.
