All too often in today's society you hear about people who have lost all sense of direction, or you hear of terms such as "Mid-Life Crisis," and psychological issues such as social anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and depression. These are all issues that stem from a deep dissatisfaction of ones own life, or feeling unable to express your own wants and needs.
