This suggests that the only way to convey, and express ones feeling about a subject, or action is through the conventionalized use of language. There are various forms of language such as, sign language, body language, and verbal (ex. English, Russian etc.) and scripted languages, all of which are "conventionalized" or have "understood meanings".
