Everybody has preference for food; most people are attracted by beauty and repelled by ugliness; everyone finds interaction with some people more or less comfortable. These acts of discrimination or preference define individuality. We assess people as individuals by the choices they make and the consequences that go with it. Individuality and the right of human beings to make choices are fundamental characteristics of free societies and should be applied until ones rights interferes with another's.
