In the second I will explain what has been dealt with and what Acts have been passed, as well as what the encounters have been with the debate on having a Treaty for the aborigines. In the third I describe the Government's evasive actions towards the proper achievement of Aboriginal Reconciliation and the necessity for a formal apology. In the final section I explore the counter-arguments to my position - no need for continuous apology (it is not only politicians' fault) and that the government has already made treaties and advanced them for improvement and achievement of Reconciliation.
