Most political thinkers are prepared to express there idea in term of rights or entitlement even though its doctrine is not universally accepted. The notion of rights in that sense is less debateable than say equality or social justice. Nonetheless people still do not agree on the grounds which these rights are meant to be based, who should have them or which ones they should have.
