However, it is not always the case that what society considers as a natural right will comply with what an individual may see as his natural rights. As a solution to this problem, a court of human rights has recently been set up but is still often tested by individuals who feel their rights are infringed upon by the state. The most obvious case in which it is deemed justifiable to resist the state is under a tyrannical government because such governments are not often seen as legitimate and their power is often adopted against the will of the people thus holding no real authority.
