For the most part, these technologies are aimed at people in heterosexual and hetero-nuclear families, who for medical reasons require ART. However, it can be seen that a plethora of anti-discrimination cases have challenged who can access these treatments. The current legal conjecture shows that there is still more change needed to make this area of law equitable and anti-discriminatory.
