It sounds very easy in principle to choose a name and keys, but in practice turned out to be more than tricky. It took many attempts to get to my final solution (pages 1-5). The process of decomposing the entities from UNF to FNF is just the same going from FNF to SNF (Second Normal Form) and from SNF to TNF (Third Normal Form), however I was not always able to do this.
