As widely spread uses of digital certificate, Public Key Infrastructure (PKIs) was developed to fulfill high requirements of exchange data, in term of data integrity, authentication, authorization, privacy and consistency in Internet. The basic security requirement could be carried out in electronic business. Although users didn't know each others, the commercial environment could be established in Internet under chains of trusted relationship between entities such as Bank, trader, and businessman and son on. Public key infrastructures (PKIs) established the trust relationship with the uses of one private key and public key signed by Certificate Authority. A coherent hashes was formed in private and public key pairs. Using such key pairs with suitable encryption tools could reduce the risk on data alteration in the network transportation.
