Organization Culture is basically a culture which exists within an organization and reflects the attitudes and yard sticks and behaviour of the people within the organization. It is built upon and added to, based on historical data, the norms and behaviour laid down by the founders of the organization. If it is a very old established company these cultures are very strong. Newer companies especially those which start up in this era of electronic data communication would not have this type of culture; instead their culture would be more adaptable and flexible to modern communications and thinking.
