I am also going to discuss how will different theories of IR influence this process: the viewpoints of Communitarians and Cosmopolitans. I can say that the system of 'global governance' can not embrace all of the most problematic issues that we are having to face today. Failures of the basis of this system are present not only in the G8/G7, but also in such influential multilateral institutions of global governance as of the UN bodies.
