I can't seem to login. What's going on? Usernames and passwords are case-senstive. This means PAssWOrd is NOT the same as pAsSwORD
The security image letters should be read and copied from left to right, without any spaces between the characters and ignoring the vertical position. The security image is not case sensitive.
If you have paid using the WorldPay payment system make sure that you are not trying to log on using the username (the first part of your email address) and password sent to you from WorldPay. These are for accessing the WorldPay payment site and NOT Student Central.

I would like to change my password/update my email address - how do I do this? Log in to Academic DB using your username and password.
On the "Member Home" page, under "Tools" click on "Your Account Details" and make the necessary changes on that page.
